2025 CVWGC Membership Application
Welcome Ladies -
The 2025 golf season is fast approaching. We will be kicking off the season with a 4-Person Scramble tournament on Tuesday, April 1 st, with a shotgun start at 9:30 am. A continental breakfast will be hosted by the CVGC starting an hour before tee time at the CVGC Club House. After golf, a No-Host lunch will be available for $15.00, which will be followed by our first monthly General Members Meeting.
Nine Hole League
Our Nine & Dine 9-hole league's Opening Day will kick off with a Stroke Play tournament on Wednesday, April 9th, with a 9:30 am Tee Time. While this format is a more relaxed social play day experience, specifically offered to extend participation in club golf for our maturing members as well as provide an opportunity for women who are still working, or new to golf, to join our club - to learn and enjoy the game of golf while making new, and or nourish existing, friendships. All members are welcome to participate in either the 9-hole or 18-hole league, or both. For more information, please visit our web site at www.cvwgc.com.
Meet and Greet Social
There will be a pre-season Meet and Greet Social to be held at the CVGC Clubhouse on Tuesday, March 25th at 11:00 AM. This will be a casual event, where members can meet our new members and catch up with returning members. New members will receive their Welcome Package and meet their mentor. We hope to see you all there.
Weekly Sign-up and Check-in
There are two (2) ways to sign up for Women's Golf League each week:
- Respond to the Golf Genius email before noon Saturday for Tuesday play.
- Log on to Golf Genius and sign up before noon on Saturday for Tuesday play.
Each week on Ladies Day, please arrive at least 30 to 60 minutes before tee time to allow enough time for:
- Check-in.
- Cart assignment and setup.
- Putting and/or Driving range warm-up.
Upon arrival at the course, please check-in at the Pro Shop to pay your Green Fees and for any Side Game buy-ins, in which you opt to participate.
Green Fees and Prize Funds
The regular weekly fee is $ 46.00 which includes Green Fees, cart and the weekly Prize Fund fee. The breakdown of all weekly fees is as follows;

* Green Fees will be adjusted for those players who have a CVGC Season Passes.
Tee Times
Tee times will vary from month to month based on light and weather. The schedule for start times this year will be:

Tee Selection
On the application form, you will be asked to declare the tees you will be playing from (White, Combo, Red or Gold). Selecting the correct tees can be a challenge, especially for new golfers. To help you select the best tees from which you should play, we have created a Tee Selection Calculator to assist you in making a more informed choice. Club Dues
Club dues for the 2025 season are $ 46.00 per member and are due by March 15th in order to activate/reactivate your handicapping tracking. Please adhere to the March 15th deadline in order to avoid having your handicap service suspended or inactivated. This year’s dues breakdown is as follows:

* | GHIN fees will no longer be collected by the club. All GHIN fees will now be paid/collected by NNGA. Payments to NNGA, by default, will be set up as annual auto-recurring payment. |
HSTP
CVWGC is again forming a High Sierra Team Play (HSTP) team and is looking for members who would like to represent our club in the monthly HSTP Tournaments which are played at different club's courses throughout the Carson Tahoe Reno area. A team consists of six players who must qualify from the Red tees to participate in each monthly event. Alternates are needed each month in case a team member cannot go. Teams representing 20 Northern Nevada clubs will be competing. More information is available at www.nnga.org.
